Minarchist Ocean: Minimal state, low friction, simple taxes, maximum personal responsibility.
Self-Managed Socialist Islands: Opt-in communities with collective resource management, guaranteed health and education, and cooperative governance.
They don’t impose — they invite.
All decisions are made through informed digital voting.
A short knowledge check ensures voters understand the topic before participating.
This isn’t bureaucracy — it’s conscious governance.

THE SYNERGIST DECALOGUE
1. Freedom without responsibility becomes noise; community without freedom becomes capture.
Balance must be designed, not assumed.
2. Every human has the right to choose how to live: individually, collectively, liberally, or socially.
